Dom Martin grew up in Northern Virginia, raised in a Christian home and shaped by the local church from an early age. Those early years gave him a deep love for God's Word, the local church, and the life-changing power of the gospel. As he grew in his faith, God began stirring a passion to help people discover their identity and purpose in Christ.
Following God's call, Dom helped plant a church and spent years investing in discipleship, leadership development, and community outreach. Through both the joys and challenges of ministry, he learned firsthand that God's grace not only saves us—it continually shapes and transforms us into who He created us to be.
Today, Dom serves as a pastor at Real Church in Chicago, Illinois, where he is passionate about helping people become real with themselves, real with others, and real with God. Whether preaching, writing, mentoring leaders, or serving his community, his mission is to point people to Jesus and equip them to live out their God-given calling.
Dom lives in Chicago with his wife, Tiffani, and their children. Together they are committed to building strong families, strengthening the local church, and helping others experience the transforming love of Christ that empowers people to live with purpose, hope, and faith.

Stepping out in faith, Dom became part of a church-planting movement focused on reaching people far from God and creating authentic gospel-centered community.

During one of the most challenging seasons for churches and communities, Dom remained committed to shepherding people, providing hope, encouragement, and spiritual leadership.

Joining Real Church Chicago
Dom stepped into a new season of ministry at Real Church in Chicago, bringing his passion for discipleship, leadership, and community transformation to a growing church family.
